My apologies for not posting last week; things have been very busy on a number of fronts, and that meant that Countermeasures suffered. It shouldn’t happen again for a while.
One of those things has been the publication of the 2014 edition of the Class Action Playbook.
In addition to the new, stylish beige cover, and the inclusion of the most recent Supreme Court Term’s major cases, there are a few other things that you’ll notice are different about this edition of the Playbook. Namely:
- * The Playbook is now published by LexisNexis/Bender. For more details, see here. For the time being, that means it’s not available from Amazon, although that should change in the next month or so. That said, you can already get either a hard or electronic copy.
- Instead of the "3d Edition," this is the "2014 Edition." In other words, the Class Action Playbook will now feature yearly updates. These will be cumulative, so if–unlike some bloggers–you were able to hold on to your First Edition but want to update, you’ll get everything important that the Second Edition covered. That also means that feedback is very welcome; we’re going to have opportunities to make this better every year.
- As always, if you are a journalist or blogger who would like a review copy, please let me know.
